What help is available if I need it?

L' support is provided by your consultant as regards GPand. Much d' hospital now have specialists as a nurse in lung or nurses of Macmillan which you can meet when the diagnosis is d' made access. L' nurse's aide is available in the community and your sister of care of the local community should probably be your first contact point - preferably shortly after the diagnosis. She can give l' continuous support and can s' to charge with l' assistance practises like necessary. L' domestic assistance, adaptations to your house and l' equipment of loan for example bathing assistances can be provided by l' intermediary of your local Social services. They can also help with washing, the raising and the cooking alive of day in day of problems for example. These services are testedíso d' ëmeans qu' it is important to claim advantages (see section 2) which will help to cover unspecified d' between these costs
